Save Time, Headaches and Money
Why change to Automatic Meter Reading (AMR)?

Collecting readings manually or collecting them on paper leaves room for input error, not to mention, consumes manpower hours. Automating your reading activities provides 100% accurate readings in the field, frees your maintenance personnel to engage in more productive tasks and provides an electronic data transfer which leads to less headache for all employees involved.

Our installation process collects all change-out information electronically. We can process the information into your billing system without the need for manual entry.

RTS Water Solutions will GPS all of your meters and valves, which will allow you to have the actual location of your field assets as well as 100% accurate readings instead of a guessing game!

Calculate Your Water Loss

On average, most utilities know how much water they are losing as well as how much this loss is costing their rate payers. Utilities that do not know should contact their Rural Water Association (RWA) for free help. There are two main contributors to water loss:

  1. Old Water Meters
  2. Underground Water Leaks

RTS Water Solutions can help determine and calculate the amount of water loss directly associated with old meters, but in order to find underground water leaks, such as water main leaks, etc., it is best to contact your local RWA for assistance. By contacting one of our water meter specialists, we can help you get in contact with the right source for underground leak detection.
